If you're a fan of smart-alecky female protagonists and mystery stories with a supernatural flare, try this trilogy. (The author has written a prequel, too...in case you can't get enough of Eden Hunter!) Just make sure you have plenty of time because you'll want to devour the whole thing.
"Eden Hunter: The Complete Trilogy" is a great read! I devoured all three of the books in this trilogy separately, and I am so excited that they are now available in a digital trilogy! Gritty urban fantasy novels with a kick-butt heroine, You don't want to miss this! Eden Hunter is a Reaper... she lives on an island separated from the rest of by powerful magic. She cannot leave the island home that she shares with werewolves, sorcerers, necromancers, various other magical beings (including a goddess), and she is required to reap souls for her mobster vampire boss or suffer unbearable loss!I recommend these books for readers over 18. Please note, I have become an ARC reader for D.N. Erikson, my copy of the trilogy was provided to me free of charge for my honest and unbiased review.
Eden has a lot on her plate. She is strong, intelligent, crafty, loyal, and very determined to get things done! Good thing she's got some skills cause she's going to need them. This fast paced book is action-packed, with werewolfs, demons, gods, magic, danger, adventure, vampire, mages, treasure, mystery and battles. I couldn't put this book down!
This was a great set of books that will keep you reading. If you like sassy, strong and take nothing off anyone then this heroine is for you! These stories have twists and turns and adventure to keep you reading. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Once again D.N. Erikson doesn't disappoint. He delivers one page turner after another full of amazing plots, twist and turns that keep you excited and engaged from start to finish. I do not believe in spoilers so my advice is GRAB THE BOOKS!!!!! find a comfy spot and settle in for the best ride of your life!
A very good trilogy full of adventure centering around a real kick ass heroine, Eden Hunter who goes out of her way to protect those she loves and usually ends up doing things her own way and on her own! For all those who love great female characters with lots of spunk this is a series you will surely enjoy! Featuring vampires, demons and Goddesses, death, sacrifice, magic and lots of mayhem too! Enjoy, I sure did and have left reviews for each book individually as I read them!
I really liked these books. The stories are good. The writing was good. I would recomend these books, and this author.
