Making pancakes sounds like such a trivial task but as with anything I do in the kitchen, I try to make it as authentic as possible. This book seems really good so far. We've only tried the buttermilk pancakes but the kids and hubby love them. Will be trying more varieties for sure.
All these recipes are really good, and easy to follow.

Because I had already seen this book at the library, I knew several of the recipes weren't really what I consider "pancakes." However, the recipes I made were very good - loved the corn pancakes!
